The other lakes in the Morvan

Lac des Settons (360 ha)
The lake of Settons (360 ha). Built en1858, it was intended to inflate the river Cure for the wood flotation. Today, it is equipped with a nautical base and pedestrian paths  make a tour around the lake.

Lac du Crescent / Côte D'Or (165 ha)
Built in 1933, it is dedicated to the regularisation of water and has kept its wild
aspect. It is favourable for fishing. Its banks are not good for swimming.

Lac de Chaumeçon / Nièvre (200 ha)
Built in 1935, its function is to control the course of Chalaux. It has a Natural centre of Sport where you can do wild water and field sports

Lac de Saint-Agnan / Nièvre (140 ha)
Built in 1969, it supplies the drinking water to the local population. It is populated by large pikes and pike perches. A marked out pedestrian path surrounds it.

Le lac de Chamboux / Nièvre (75 ha)
This is the most recent lake. It was built in 1985 to supply the local  population with drinking water. The fishing activity is prevalent. A pedestrian path makes it possible to make a tour around the lake.
